2013 Fire Prevention Week

Riverdale, Georgia, October 2, 2013— Home Depot to the (FIRE) Rescue! It's that time again. October is National Fire Prevention Month. October 6-12 is Fire Prevention Week. This year’s theme is ‘Prevent Kitchen Fires’. The Riverdale Public Safety Department is joining forces with Home Depot and the nonprofit National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) to remind local residents to do just that-‘Prevent Kitchen Fires.' In honor of this important occasion, The Riverdale Public Safety department and Home Depot will host a Fire Safety Month Workshop for Kids.
